WE ARE GOING ON A MOTOR TRIP! BUT FIRST... I HAVE TO REVEAL THE NEW NAME OF MY HONDA ADV 160! OUR NEW FILIPINO UNCLE!!
This is another raw video of our lives here along the coast of Davao Oriental, Mindanao. We head into town to get my motor fixed up, eat some local food while learning a new Mandaya word, and then score some bangus! Except this bangus isn't the usual style... they had dried bangus!
A full moon evening, our first dried bangus bulad, and finally you get to meet "Kol". Yup, that is a term for "Angkol" or "Uncle" here in the Philippines. And the perfect fit for my new motor that will take us on many adventures across the Philippines!
Philippines beach home life continues...
but soon, myself and Kumar will take off on new adventures with "Kol". Nice one Kol!!!

KUMAR has really done a great job with the compound while you were away. Plus he looks HAPPY, comfortable, and settled. He truly is a good anchor for you & the barkada. ... Certainly, he has a private LIFE that we don't see in vlogs. That's just fine. From the looks of it, he's MANAGING that part very well, too. Way to go Brother or should I say Kabayan!! 😄 You stand out from the rest Brother you're special.. You somehow managed to blend in perfectly with the Filipino culture, I know it's tough and it's not always just beauty and joy that you'd come across in this country. There are lots of unpleasant things that could make you feel bad, bad people that could turn your day down and disappoint you but hell to that.... You're a living proof that as long as you stay POSITIVE under any circumstance or however bad that situation that you're in you are UNBREAKABLE!!! How beautiful your home has grown with the wonderful help of good friends like Kumar, Jun-D, and others, as well as the exceptional talented local workers. Your space is truly "home" :)) Love how the lights look at night time thru-out the yard etc... The place is so Zen; you can go for a walk, run, swim or surf; its come together very nicely

Hi Kulas, my husband and I are avid viewers, we just want to suggest if you can visit the Visayas area, specially my fathers hometown in Villaba Leyte, thats on the way to Palompon, Ormoc, Tacloban theres many things to explore i think the most interesting to explore is Buga Buga Hills it served as the last sanctuary of Japanese soldiers during World War II

Hey! When you are walking around, like in this video, how do you create such stable videos? Do you have a tripod system of sorts to make sure your phone doesn't jiggle? Maybe you don't use a phone but something else?

Cameras are just really good now... I even use my Iphone sometimes. I have never used a gimble in years. Go Pro, Sony with G Lense, Iphone.

Kulas just a thought…. Don’t put those bottles directly on top of your bed…. An earthquake may knock those bottles off the shelf when you’re sleeping.
