It took 5ever (longer than forever) for my friend's dad's mounts to come from Africa, several years I think. He had a bunch though. Hanging a water buffalo shoulder mount wasn't easy, I helped. The coolest was the lion skull.

Give Jerry an automatic feeder where he can eat as much grain as he wants. It won't hurt at this point. And give him some warm water with brown sugar. 1 cup to 5 gallons of water.

For Jerry, there is a disease called White Muscle. Have your vet check him for that. It is contagious and will take out your whole herd. I used to work at the Cooperative Extension Service and made friends with the animal scientists there. They were a great source of information while I was raising goats. Might be worth checking with your local Extension agent =) Much love from Athens, GA

Jerry looks like he has bottle jaw it’s a worm too. He needs some valbazan or sheep drench cydectin. You can get them at a tractor supply. Worm him again also. Those worms can hatch out larvae inside the goat and the cycle continues. Try to worm him 10days after the first worming. Enjoy the videos

Correct me if I'm wrong, do you store your rolls of hay on uncovered open ground? I remember watching the Googan farm video and you guys loaded a big roll of hay that was partially covered in vine grass into the feeder. I know those big rolls can hold a lot of moisture and build up mold in the middle if they get multiple cycles of rain and weed growth. Jerry could've picked up a bug or something flu like from eating some moldy hay, I'm not expert though. My dad and uncle used to store the hay for our horses in a dehumidified barn to try and prevent mold build up, but it's difficult, especially with the big rolls. Either way, Jerry is an OG tough cookie, he'll pull through! Keep up the great content!

I remember my wife making a comment saying my deer heads weren't going in the living room over the fireplace. So I simply said to her, You know all those window valences and the sailboat stuff in the master bathroom that I said I didn't like but you put them in any way? She said yes, I said I now want them all removed and replaced with some that we both like. And then she said, Okay, you can hang your deer heads above the fireplace. Flair, just so you know in case you didn't already, whoever installed the door to your pew room installed it wrong because as it sits now if you have the door locked anybody can still enter the room by removing the door hinges from the door and then open it from the opposite side of the locked side of the door. You might want to fix that!
