Strand titan arbor warden and wish keeper combo will always be a 2 shot. wish keeper always crits a suspended target and arbor warden will deal the perfect amount of dmg. Atleast I hope it is still a 2 shot, i mean they buffed crits right?

It's a fragment for Void 3.0--it grants an overshield if you kill a target while at critical health

What is the truth though? The fact that titan is the only viable class if you don’t have dlc for conditional or another dlc locked god shotgun? This shit needs very high tuning.
