That was incredible! Under the New Covenant with His Covenant People, the Aaronic Blessing is now spoken by the only One Worthy to be their/our High Priest forever, sealed with His name on their foreheads...Whew. Amen. Hallelujah!! So be it LORD!

Can somebody explain Dean's statement that Jesus was in the tomb for 3 days and 3 nights? If he died on Good Friday and rose from the dead on Sunday, I can only count 2 nights i.e Friday and Saturday. Can someone please explain?

Hey John, good question that has been long debated. I am linking a video for you that may help answer this question. If you don't want to watch the whole thing, skip to the 23:50 and he addresses this question. But in short, Matthew 12:40 talks about Jesus will be in the heart of the earth for 3 day and 3 nights. The high Holiday which would have been the feast of unleavened bread would likely not have been on Friday but possibly Thursday as it changes from year to year. Hope that helps. I am wondering if Jesus was in the heart of the earth for 3 days and 3 nights, what did He mean when He told the thief that today the thief would be with Jesus in paradise? Maybe Jesus referred to Abraham's Bosom, Luke 16:22, next to Hades at the time?
