Excellent build. On my real 1960 Corvette single carb came stock with a Carter AFB 4 barrel. I replaced it with an Edelbrock Streetperformer carb and intake manifold in the 1990s.Keep up the great work, cheers from Nova Scotia.

Beautiful build. Doing cars of my past and my brother-in-law had a 58. They say of all the Corvettes of that era this one had the most chrome and things like that on the outside of the car? You did an incredible job with that too. Cars actually had that rear end up like that and the name for that was the California Rake. My first car ever was a 56 T-Bird. Black on black, wire wheels. Got it when I was 14. Hated my rear end when it dropped or sagged. First thing I did was either level off my car or give it a little push-up. The California Rake

Looks really nice. I think you made a good call on painting the sides off white. Looks much better than if they were just stark white. Also, interior looks great in that color too. Nice job, I may pick one of these up. Have a great day.

Great build!! The side coves look good. Regular white would not look right. Ive had 7 real vettes,oldest being a 61. I think you hit it out of the park!!!!!!!!! Im subscribed and enjoy all your vids.

Looking good Matt, that's a really nicely detailed kit, I've seen a few other builds online where it sits a bit high at the back, must be in the design of the kit. Keep em coming mate 👍

It is not the kit design, it is the way the directions are printed. I almost had the same problem with mine. I mocked it all up and the rear sat too high. After staring at the picture in the directions I finally noticed it. The rear springs do NOT go on the way you would think. Put them on correctly and the car has a perfect stance. If you take a very good look at the picture in the directions you will notice the problems.The directions are not wrong just not overly clear.

WOW!!! That turned out awesome Matthew. The colors worked really well together. Great job!! ** Tip ** Try clear fingernail polish next time on headlight lens works great and will not glaze the plastic. The brush makes it easy to apply also. Have a great week my friend. Terry 👍👍

Matt , nice work as always ! Got a question. Have you had any experience with Round2models trying to get replacement parts ? I been having some bad luck with the last 2 kits. Amt 69 Cougar Eliminator I accidentally cracked the front windshield, and lost the d.side side mirror. Just bought MPC's 34 Slammer circle track modified ,started that last night ,and I am already missing the Differential cover, my fault. I tried getting parts from round2 but I don't have a receipt for the Cougar, nor do I remember where I purchased it ? I thought you can buy replacement parts. Have you had any luck ? Thanks Matt 👍. Keep up the GREAT, Therapeutic content. Its truly relaxing building and listening to you .
