I like Charnel Serenade, it just keeps revolving, and if you have ways to remove counters, which you do, you can speed it up. I also run Fain, The broker. Not sure I agree with Vraska, and Jin, I mean, I get it, they are good cards, but don't really synergize very well.

Am I crazy for wanting to keep everflowing chalice? I'd much rather cut thought vessel? You have the chance of getting more charge counters on it if you have proliferation or something like power conduit to get more mana, but worst case it's a 2 cost mana rock. Thought vessel is the same but in a graveyard deck you can use the the hand size limit to get stuff in the graveyard, so I'd consider that a downside in this deck.

marvo looks like a solid yennett card for the 99 also whispering snitch is the first time each turn, so its pinging for up to 4 every turn cycle if you have repeatable ways to surveil

The surveil theme kinda stinks because most of the surveil cards stink. I like the commander though, im just building it without surveil (focusing on reanimating 0 power creatures). As such I'm not buying the precon, just singles.

Agreed. The commander has a lot of hoops to jump through for reanimating something that just gets exiled

@@j_g_t6091 I don't mind the finality counter, I actually think it might have been too strong without it when combined with a sac outlet. As is you need the sac outlet and something to remove the counters (Nesting Grounds, Fain, Soul Diviner etc). Even with the finality counter, built as a 0 power tribal deck, it's quite strong; reanimating something every turn is a lot stronger than drawing a card every turn and commanders that draw a card every turn are usually 4+ mana. Mirko reminds me of Prosper, essentially drawing a card and making mana every turn but in better colors, a mana cheaper and a more effective beater.
