Moringa contains 92 types of nutrients and 15 amino acids where our body needs 20 types of amino acids to recover the cells. Curios, cause families have same diet, your body might have needed more of specific nutrients. If it's nutrition deficiency it's fixable. You would be put on "vitamin/mineral therapy" for a season. Naturopaths can test for what your body is deficient in, or it's struggle to process certain nutrients.
@asulblue

Yes, I thought that greying is a factor of genetics not stress or nutritional deficiency.
@NemysisPrime
@NemysisPrime Ай бұрын
@@asulblueno... Unfortunately you're wrong... Greying boils down to both Genetics and environmental factors (in this case stress)... The gist is that stress causes directly some nutrients to get depleted.. Simultaneously it also causes more free radicals to be generated (which attack healthy melanin producing cells). So tackling them by supplementing with the depleted nutrients and anti oxidants to fight the free radicals(while also reducing the situations that is causing you psychological stress) can potentially reverse the greying... But, I do agree with you that if it is genetic, then it is a little more complicated to tackle greying..

@@philippkarner_ well, there are a few things that i am trying out for my biohacking and as for my age of 34, I have not a single white hair on my head, i have also embraced the old passed down truths of our ancestors and trust me, the native plants we have in our vicinity are for a reason! I wonder that my ex-students who are barely even 21 have gray hair but i don't! meanwhile, my twin is almost entirely white (and uses hair dye). I'd suggest you try the herbal powders that some of the handful Indians (the real ones, haha, not Native Americans) do, skip the shampoos and opt for natural high saponin based alternatives, aid your liver with health and bitter greens, stay off of table sugar and if you are a grain consumer - cool them and then consume it. of course, won't lie but fasting for ages helped me and reduce stress (whether environmental or psychological).

🤜⚡💥⚡🤛 1: copper 2: NAC 3: moringa For most people today, first stop/reduce insulin resistance by reducing food intake, mainly sugar/carbohydrates, and don't eat past 3-4 PM. Do HIIT exercises or go for a brisk walk before eating last meal [after could disrupt digestion]. Eat liver or brown crimini mushrooms for the copper and zinc. Other micro nutrient deficiency as well as low protein intake may be a concern. Addressing poor sleep and high stress is a Must, both of which change the body's chemistry/bio-pathways. This may also fix leaky/permeable gut which is a major cause of inflammation/allergies/food-sensitivities/autoimmune diseases. 🤜⚡💥⚡🤛 ... .. .

I have Moringa powder. I use a regular table spoon to scoop the powder and mix into a 10oz glass, then add a little water at a time to mix it well. If you add the powder to water, it will float on top like cinnamon or like cocoa powder. It's not delicious, but it's not unpalatable either. It has an earthy, peppery taste.. like greens with pepper. Don't try to taste it, just drink it down, then brush your teeth to get the green off. You'll get used to the taste. Incidentally, the late Dr. Sebi is the first person I ever heard talk about Moringa, and all of the so-called "super foods" `20 years ago on KZfaq. Now you can hardly find his videos. He gave lecture after lecture, video after video and now all of these doctors and "health experts" are repeating everything that Dr. Sebi told us years ago. On one hand, it's very frustrating to hear everyone parrot his information now, when they treated him like an uneducated vagrant back then, but on the other hand, it's amazing to see that everything that Dr. Sebi taught us was true and accurate all along.

Zinc reduces the amount of copper your body absorbs, and high doses of zinc can cause a copper deficiency. For that reason, many doctors recommend that you take 2 mg of copper along with a zinc supplement.
