I am watching this in 2023 and what the doc said 8 years ago holds true! Change in diet and lifestyle is the key to either go low on drugs or do away with them.

Very sensible interview- nice to see a Doctor talking sensibly about Diabetes without the use of drugs... I do disagree about eating bread though- the wheat is too polluted nowadays!!

He doesn't go into specifics at all, but my guess is that this is the keto diet. I've been on keto for 6 months and have lost 60lbs and have reversed many detrimental health conditions.
