こちらこそご視聴ありがとうございます！ The controllers from G brand or Y brand are the same. YブランドとGブランドは同じです。 Few days ago one of my viewers told me that "Y brand does not make this controller. Y brand helps G brand to sell their controllers. So whether you buy it from G brand or Y brand, they will finally send you the G brand controller." p.s. You can see from my video that I got a G brand controller. But I actually bought it from Y brand store.

While Taito officially releases the controller, this seems to be a pretty good alternative, tho, for me a medium-advanced player, the problems with delay seem a bit too harsh, and menu buttons are akward. Good review! Was considering dropping money for one but, because I'm still living in Mexico (Going to move to Japan later on) fees and economy are... A big no, so in the meantime, I can wait for a revision or maybe even an official solution. Tho, I would like to see further testing with this controller! Also, you should try out the Steam port, while the Switch port is miles better, I still do use the Steam version time to time, and there could be also ways to play this on the phone. Also, I would like to see testing on a "machinegun" type of song like Cozmic Operation (I love that song). Nevertheless, thank you for honest review! I appreciate it and regards from Mexico!

Um don't expect too much that the official will make a Groove Coaster controller. Anyway thanks for watching! For your "machine gun" idea I will also test it in the future videos. (But Cozmic Operation is not fast enough and I may choose another faster songs)

@@HIHIMEschannel Sadly I also think they wouldn't make a controller, I got hyped because SEGA/HORI did one for Hatsune Miku, chances are low, but I still want to keep thinking they would do it some day. Also thank you! I know Cozmic Operation is not fast enough (Because you are also miles better than me! haha) but yeah, I would like to stress test it to still consider buying it.

Thanks for watching! 1. You can use the "Adjust While Playing" in "Config" → "Judgement". 2. If you think the above method is useless, you can try to adjust the judgement manually. There's a series of simple steps: a. Switch on "FAST/SLOW" in "Config" → "Songs" b. Play a song. Recommend to choose songs with regular rhythm and patterns. c. If "SLOW" appear more frequently, try to adjust down both "Audio and Video" and "Input + Judgement". Oppositely, if "FAST" appear more, rise the both values. Until you reach a value that you feel good on the accuracy.

Kinda odd you wont say the name of the maker of the product but whatever, I wanted to ask how many different arcade controller like the one you have are made by different companies? Is the one you have made by some 3rd party company or made by the same company that made groove coaster? After buying this product, have you spent more time using this arcade controller or have you gone back to using the switch controls more often?

Because I don't want viewers to think I am sponsored by someone so I won't show the name. Anyway you can easily to find it by Google "Groove Coaster Controllers" and there're very few options to choose. About your questions: 1. There're only those two brands mentioned in the video can be found in the market right now. But actually the controllers from these two companies are exactly the same (but prices are different). 2. There're only 3rd party controllers right now. The Arcade manufacturer (i.e. TAITO) doesn't make any official arcade-style controllers. 3. Simply speaking, if I need to get a higher score I still need my Joy-cons or pro controller. It is because there're still few defects in the arcade controller compared with the standard arcade cabinet. p.s. I was a top tanker in arcade and retired in July last year.

There's gotta be a way to wire that thing up to an RP2040 inside to bring the lag down, though I didn't see the final delay tally so I'm not sure how bad it is. If that thing is on a "zero delay" board, yeah, it's gonna be really bad, lag-wise. You'd get rid of the delay immediately, and if the LEDs are addressable, you might even be able to wire that in. (not sure if you could get reliable lighting tho)

I bought the same controller and measured 5 frames of input lag. Which is quite a lot, yes. How do you adjust the delay on switch? Whenever I do the judgment test the game uses to offset the jugdment, I get a perfect score with 0/0 delay. But when playing I can feel the delay.

Wow thanks for the figures. Actually it's quite unacceptable that there's an input lag on a wired controller. And the readjustment function in this game is really creepy and hard to use. I got the same problem when I start playing this game using my joy-cons. Finally I need to get some slow COOL/GOOD purposely during the testing to get an acceptable offset value.

@@HIHIMEschannel I will try building one on my own with another pcb to test if it works better and then maybe will just replace the on inside that controller. Bummer. Yeah. Yuancon's controllers are A+. But he is only reselling this one from Genbu. So he has no real control over the PCB.

@@axel76767 Muse Dash on Steam, Project diva on ps3,4 and vita, beatmania IIDX on PC as emulator, DJMAX on steam, psp, ps4. On android there are lots of rhythm games that copies arcade ones from japan, Hachi Hachi, Voez, Lanota, even Groove Coaster itself, Project Muse, Cytus, Deemo, Tapsonic, Nora, Arcaea, etc.
