Love this Truck and love the review Vas..... The STX-2... Horizon should suffer for this bastard radio... shame cos' their cars (Especially in Arrma's case) rock! Arrma really do an awesome job, This beast HAULS in a huge way. Well designed, well executed and completely puts other brands to shame....She's a solid looker too!! As you, Vas, showed.. she accelerates (and brutally well!!!) , and handles well at speed, under accel and decel, she's quite a well sorted truck.. If you're a veteran, Like yourself... absolute pussycat to drive... inputs are transmitted well and the car does what you want, (She tilts and sways like a bastard...!) lol Definitely one to own in my opinion as I'm not a fan boy of any brand, Despite owning an X-Maxx 8s and being a 1/8th buggy nutcase. Love the channel Vas, you're always the honest one and tells it like it is.... brutally so if need be.. Think that Arrma as a company are far beyond Traxxas in developing cars to at least appeal to new RC'ers ...The Hoss? umm really?? If disappointment was a colour...Colour would be........

Arrma killing it again and again!

Yes happened to me too in the summer the damn truck just over heated then turn it back on runs for a minute then stops again ! But when that’s solved this truck is an 11 just pure fun and a joy to drive with tons of addiction !!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Fantastic review Vas!! I completely agree with you on all categories 👍 I did put a different power system in mine. I went with a MMX and a 4092 1730kv motor with a 19t pinion. It absolutely hauls 👍💪 The only durability issues I have encountered is that with the bigger power the wheel hexes will strip out. I went with M2C double locking Hex's and the gray wheels and it's been all good since 👍 Really Happy to see Arrma reviews on the channel again 😃

Hello vas and nice to see you active again. Now concerning this and any arrma my humble opinion is that they are great rc"s but they always lack that final touch, Now i my self am an arrma fan i own 3 arrma"s they are all great for their price and category but there are faults with them as with any rc to be honest from my big rock v2 servo ,arms,suspension,diff issues to my kraton 4s almost same issues. They need a certain budget to become almost bulletproof. Like my hobao mt plus 2 for instance. It is by far my favorite big scale monster truck but still has some issues like center diff failure if you dont swap to steel bevel gear running 500k+ diff oil and so on.

Loved this and all other videos mate. You thrash them, but it's also ckear you know what you're doing. I've got 2 RTR's a DHK and the new Maverick Quantum Flux, but both just break way too easily and I'm over them. I think I'm down to either the Kraton 4s or the Losi Tenacity DB based on the reviews you did, so again thank you. 👏👏

My Kraton 6S servo literally burnt out. The model shop replaced it, under warranty, and it arrived the next day. The smell of burnt electrics was quite pungent. I took it apart and the circuit board and wiring were totally charred.

You are beating the truck and it keep on going. What is wrong with the radio? Is the stressing servo metal? Is it better than the Senton 4x4 mega? Which didn't hold up to just going in the woods. I would like to know. thanks

Did you try lower the gearing and were you running 4s or 6s needs smaller pinion on 6s

Vas do u have problems with the diffs in the arrma cars I'm liking some of the 6s trucks but the 8s trucks drivetrain looks absolutely bulletproof I have nothing but problems with mine in my 4s Kraton and typhon

Think the issue with Arrma servo's is the owner not the servo, people don't set their steering trim/end points...

Hey Great posting Can you give me a good idea on a 1/10 scale truck/car to purchase...??? I'm a newbie at this so something not too pricey but yet up gradeable not so much toyish and living here in the States Banggood just takes so long to receive just received the F1 Fighter Short Coarse Truck today from them n haven't broke it out yet so late in afternoon to do so but will tomorrow 9/19/20... The Traxxas I'd have to go with whole diff battery style than I have now the Deans connector but my charger will charge traxxas it's multiple type... I'm or have been look'n at the Red Cat line n look's good but hows the up gradeablity on any of them....??? Thanks for Reading PEACE
