Been I have been trying to get this thing to balance all day I'm going to a camera shop to see if they can help other than that I'm sending it back asp

Hi Amol I would practice at home and see how you do for a five minute shoot if you get tired before the five minutes keep practicing until you feel comfortable shooting for five minutes.

how do you take off the quick release plate?

They give you a tool that comes with the kit to be able to remove it. Hope this helps

@@oscarquintero9395 No, I think you are talking about the allen wrench - I am talking about the actual quick release - everyone seems to remove the plate easy - and mine is just not even budging...

Oh OK gotcha so there Is a button on the side of it in a lever on the other side loosen that lever were your plate can move then push on the silver button in the head and it will come out really easy hope this helps out
