I just tried to install in my Cadillac.. had issues with the screen. Tried to reach Phoenix Automotive and they straight-up refused to answer calls or emails. I had to use Facebook messenger to get someone to respond. They wouldn't help. I also ordered an accessory, and it never shipped (from China I guess) and it delayed my install, this took me out of return period (30 days). Again, they would answer me of agree to send me out another part. This is going to sound crazy, but you can save $200 if you just order directly from the Chines manufacturer, and I think you would get better service. The only reason I ordered from Phoenix was I wanted to make sure that I had someone to call if things went wrong. Boy, did they let me down. Thank you for the video. This is why I ordered the unit.

Nice video! I got a question, I just bought that unit for my 2015 ATS and I have a T-Harness to connect and if you had it to plug, where does it plug in the car? I haven't tried installing it but I would like to know before I start. Someone told me that the T part (two 6 pins connectors, one male and the other female) goes behind the steering wheel and would like to know of it's accessible from the removal of the OEM radio or do I need to remove the panel under the steering? Does yours have two separate Bluetooth devices? One labeled as cue and the other as the aftermarket unit? Or do the newer ones streamline this all through cue? Also with the older ones the blue tooth would stop music anytime you move to another screen does this newer style do that?

In the video, you say its an 8 inch px6 model, but the link takes you to a 10.4 model that is not px6. I have a 2014 cts and contacted Phoenix to make sure the fast boot model would work and they said no it would not after i sent them a picture of my dash. Care to offer any clarification because it looks like it should work for me. Is there something I’m missing?

First and foremost, thanks for the video tutorial. Second, I just installed my Tesla style radio in my 2013 Cadillac XTS, which is almost identical to yours. Finally, just about everything works as it should except the most important feature, which is THE SOUND. When I insert a USB drive in to one of the ports on this Tesla style radio, all of the contents (music, videos, pics) loads up on the tesla style radio as it should. Once a play a file from the USB drive, NO SOUND plays through my Bose speakers. Did you have this issue after you've installed your radio? If so, how did you resolve this issue?

Had my Tesla style head unit for about 4 months now. I was really liking it until I experienced a sudden loss of sound. Not sure if its the Tesla head unit itself or the factory speakers but I have to turn the volume almost to the max if I want to listen to any media somewhat loud. Have you experience any issue like this?
