We love Sebastian's Bistro.

I think the vegan bread (including the pudding) are also made gluten-free, which will make a huge difference in texture. It’s unfortunate they can’t have vegan, non gluten free options. In any case, thank you sooo much for doing a review of the vegan options. It was one of my favourite restaurants at WDW. I haven’t eaten there post-COVID.

Went here last night after watching multiple food vlog reviews.. It wasn't great. Wouldn't be worth the price without the current 20% off.. and don't think it really was anyway. Would rather order a pizza and split it. The biggest problem wasn't the food though, it was the 'we are completely dead inside' service. Servers didn't smile, the offerings were slim.. the best part was the steak and the rice (ours was fully cooked unlike yours)... I would equate the menu offering here to someone walking up to a Disney Buffet and picking all the least popular items you otherwise wouldn't grab yourself. The atmosphere is made up of completely hard surfaces and noisy. They need to swap the front staff with the wait staff.. Hannah (or Maxine from stranger things) was extremely nice and informative. Omar our server (appears in this video) gave off "you're bugging me" vibes. Skip this and do Garden Grill, Liberty Tree.. you're already 35 dollars deep and might as well eat something you want.

Sebastian's Bistro! Well that name is unfortunate, are they cooking Sebastian? Is Sebastian the owner and serving his fellow ocean creatures as food to the humans? If that is the case, i think we need to have a very long discussion about Sebastian. The more appropriate name if the cuisine theme of the restaurant is seafood would have been Chef Louis's Bistro, would it not, or just Louis's Bistro?

Aw it needs some beauty enhancements : to be renamed. Instead of Sebastian's , should be called Ian's . And some beautifull colors there 🤔🌈😉

Seems a little dodgy at best, lol. No matter how hard I try, I just can’t get into this resort. Give me Yacht Club, Wilderness Lodge, Poly, etc.. anything? Really…this place just makes me ill 😂
