I don't know why it's taken me this long but I now fully appreciate a transition to or at least expansion of the NERF rivals munitions. It was just kind of cool before. But truly they seem to be just better munitions in general (not overall improvements however, just in general), though more easily lost. I now see better what can be done with them through this blaster model's design.

I love the storm trooper rifles. I have the glow dart version and it's awesome the only problem is the bolt handle snapped after 4 uses. Some super glue fixed it though.

Republic lone troopers would all be bred to be right handed. Imperial Clone troopers were recruited from the general populace, so a few might have been left handed, but they might have been trained to be right handed, since they were trained as teens/ preteens. First order troopers were recruited as babies, so they were almost definitely forced to be right handed. Just my opinions though!

The reason why Hasbro made the scope detachable and doesn't have a crosshair is to make you fell like a Stormtrooper to be *INACURATE*

3:52 sorry for being nerdy, but in the original movies, they made every single one of the blaster props for left handed shooters, so even if the actors/actresses weren’t left handed, they still had to use the blaster that way.

I find it so funny that the actual blaster has a stock attachment even though it already has a built in foldable stock. The hand grip. The dc-15s also has a built in stock but it (to my knowledge) has never been seen used

I got mine on sale through Best Buy for $50 before Black Friday 2018 and I love it. Though, they did definitely miss some opportunities with it, the the front under-barrel grip should have been the priming handle, not the floppy thing up top. I get it's supposed to be 'prop accurate', but that would have made so much more sense because it'll be in the out position when you fire anyway. Also wish they had made a somewhat functional scope, at least some crosshairs. It also needed sound. It's more of a gimmick, I understand, but nearly all the lesser blasters had sound and this one did not. Just really strange some of the choices they made with this. I also think they could have figured out a way to load rounds through the blaster itself instead of the 7 round clip. I would have paid a bit extra just for that.

I just recently bought one of these, despite initially being put off by the ridiculously high price tag. I have one of every other unique blaster type, so I figured it was worth buying to complete the set. That said, I don't like it all that much. I think it would have been cooler without the scope on top. It's kind of odd how they went through the trouble of giving the barrel an iron sight which you can't even use.
