I just got myself b7x and to answer your question, yes b7x is better but not by a lot, it is unnecessary and overkill. 20w from b6x is more than enough and actually, 15-18w from other cooler also already enough too. Any that is above 20w is just a gimmick. I myself personally even using a midrange phone poco f5 pro don't think i have a need for the 27w despite my phone able to run game like Genshin at full potential. As for how durable b7x is idk, i just got it and so far it working fine, previous b6x said to have malfunction issue for some couple user and as of right now, the price differences between b6x and b7x is not that much so maybe i recommend to take b7x. If you already use flagship phone that already good in dealing phone temperature without even using cooler, then even 10-15w cooler is already enough.
