Bought one late last Dec (2023). One has to learn to work with it. Place liquids and softer, non-frozen ingredients in first. Harder vegetables and fruits like pineapples more toward the top, ditto for frozen fruits. Works better with fruits than vegetables. Cut ingredients into smaller-sized pieces as necessary. If a lot of nuts are in, the harder varieties may not blend-liquify completely. Now, the primary problem: battery power. Supposed to get around 10-12 30-second blends on a charge, per the instructions. Mine is now down to 4 to 5. This is a primary issue/complaint amongst those submitting reviews on sites such as Wal-Mart, and Target (where I bought mine). I'll use mine as long as I can nevertheless, but if/when I have to replace it, I will do so with a full AC-powered model. As with EVs, dependable long-lasting rechargeable batteries apparently just aren't 'there' yet, even with devices this comparatively small. Oh, and don't waste the battery on the suggested cleaning method, the device is easy enough to break down and wash by hand.

It’s a good idea but I would have preferred a cup version after blending it’s pretty weird to walk around with your blender while you’re drinking. Would I recommend this for the price probably not. Unless you want a small blender for your college student in a dorm! There ya go! They can make their margaritas

The lid is my most favorite part. Why can't everyone else get it right?!

Does it have pass through. Meaning if no battery can i blend if it connect to USB?

For cleaning I would think putting boiling water inside and then blend would get the blades cleaned good. Why do you need to submerge when it's the inside that needs cleaning not the outside?
@JaeGemini6 ай бұрын
Yes I received mine for a Christmas gift. And it don’t even have to be boiling. Just hot with a little soap. After about 30 seconds the inside be clean. Then I run it again with just hot water and keep changing the water until all the soap is out the blade area and it’s running clear

CAN YOU LEAVE IT PLUGGED IN

I was looking at this but because it was sold out, went with the Hamilton beach version. I must say im impressed as i can remove the jar from the base and use the included top and it was $40 CAD. I wish i went with the opened package from amazon and got it for $28.

Remove the jar from the base and the liquid goes all over the floor. That was my first experience I was so bummed out after that.

How do you wash the blade? In the dishwasher for proper cleaning
@ErinLawrenceTV3 ай бұрын
You can’t put the base in the dishwasher. You have to hand wash the base with the blade. This is actually kind of annoying and it’s difficult to get in the tiny crevices effectively. Best thing to do is add soap and warm water to the blender and try and let it clean itself. Even so I do find these days I am using a brush to scrub out any remaining gunk.

People shopping for a blender probably want to be able to hear the blender.

Ninja's battery is horrible. After two weeks, I can't blend one protein shake. This is after fully charging the unit. Conducted research, and it is a common problem. Should've done it before purchasing the ninja.

I’m having the same issue. I’ve only been using it for less than 2 weeks
@alphaomegastables6 ай бұрын
Its not the battery...its your charger or cable...if not connected right, it won't fully charge. The Ninja is MUCH BETTER THAN THE BJ2!!
