I have one with me. But I am not able to change it to Vaccume function from blower function. What to do for this?
@elainenilsson54724 ай бұрын
You just take out the filter to keep from blowing debris everywhere, empty the canister too. Then take the hose off the blowing side and put it on the suction side.

I use the size 1 and 1/0 Mustad hooks to freeline for snook kzfaq.infoUgkxzXmlErSqVAEGWFEKO530BvTqFDw53QW3 and they have been fantastic. The points are super sharp, and the hook is small enough to blend with my baitfish, yet large enough to land fish 30" or more. I also use these hooks when I'm pier or surf fishing with my kids. They tend to catch tons of smaller snapper, whiting, and catfish, and we get far fewer gut hooks with these Mustad in-lines, which means more of them survive after release. I was actually using these hooks when I caught my friend too, but I think that had more to do with the bait I was using ;-)

Seems to out-suck the competition. The model without the detachable leaf blower, 17595, seems to perform identically. It is amazing to me how all the stats on these vacuums mean nothing. The only thing that matters to me: How hard can the machine suck, and how long is the warranty? What good is Rigid's lifetime warranty if it's sucking ability is mediocre, which seems to be the case. Sorry the cat got your tongue. Didn't know a credible tool review could be possible without voice-over.

Sounds identical I have it

How do you switch it from the blower function to the vacuum function? I connected the hose as you have, powered it on by the switch, the blower function still there, I need it to vacuum, not blow.

Anyone know how this compares to the other craftsman 6.5hp 16gal without the leaf blower? Hopefully leaf blower attachment doesn't cause a compromise in airflow and auction.
@clintsaines92747 ай бұрын
Really? Wondering if you have any dust or dirt in the canister if it blows out from the blower a little.

I bought one of these in 2007 and it's still going strong. I will put the blower up against any leaf blower out there. I have had friends with gas and electric blowers challenge it's power and after borrowing it for 5 min, the only complaint they can come up with is it has a cord. The shop vac is no slouch either. But I have to say I use the blower 10x more than the vac.

Does nothing cover the blower port when vacuuming? Is the blower still actively blowing? Does it blow out the contents of the vac as it sucks it in?
@electronicsstuff24753 жыл бұрын
blower is always blowing out incoming air, but the filter prevents the blower to blow out contents from vac.
@thinshadow66693 жыл бұрын
Yes otherwise the motor would overheat and nothing would get sucked in
@solomonbaig1072 жыл бұрын
It comes with a muffler/diffuser attachment
@tlynn7043 Жыл бұрын
@@thinshadow6669 then why don’t all shop vacs have a blower? This is for the blower attachment and I can tell you it does not filter out dust and keep it from blowing into the room. If you’re using it in a garage or basement you may not notice but I’ve had to use it a living area and dust hangs in the air and a light layer gets on the furniture.
@tlynn7043 Жыл бұрын
@@electronicsstuff2475 my first shop vac did not have anything that blew air out of the side of the bucket like this thing does. Neither has any vacuum cleaner I’ve ever used. It leaves a light layer of dust and the whole room smells like whatever you vacuumed up.

Can you hook up the 7ft suction hose to the blower or will it only accept the blower wand?
