I'm curious of your thoughts on the machine have changed since the review? I am on the fence about buying this unit.

It continues to perform well. If your just getting into 3d printing then I’d look at machines that have a large user base and get a feel for the overall thoughts on each. Then go for one that you feel fits you the best and is the right price.

@@Neo7CNC I own artillery SW x1 and genius Pro. I wanted to try something with a bowden setup. I just didn't want to buy a headache.

@@JoesAutoElectric I see. Mine has not been a headache. It has replaced my old Creality CR-10 that was my previous “go to” printer in fact. How do you like you’re other two printers? I’d like to try something with direct drive for Softer materials.

@@Neo7CNC I've had no issues at all with the X1. Over two years with it. You is no problem. The genius is brand new set to arrive tomorrow, but I expect more of the same. Though it has auto leveling, so that's new to me. I think for 259 bucks, you talked me into getting a hornet as well. I'll use it for PETg and pla. I'll use the other machines for you and whatever I need. Maybe we can compare notes further.

What temperatures and print settings do You recommend for this 3D printer?

I typically run PLA at 210-220 on the nozzle and 60 on the bed. Usually the filament spool or box has the recommended printer settings but not always.
