Milwaukee and dewalt make some heavy duty organizers, I’d throw the zerks in…those are junky and gonna break, might be worth using one of their storage systems. They would lock together and keep from rattling around.

Thanks for sharing the equipment on your truck, Sam. I have been saying that I need to clean my truck up. I have been very busy on some big projects. You get busy, and your truck just becomes a catch-all. No excuse. But I normally try to put stuff back in its place so I know that I did not leave it on the job. I also believe in DeWalt tools. Good choice. I enjoyed your message as always. If men and women would live your life in serving the Lord instead of their desires, the world would be a better place for all. They would also not be afraid of death. Because they would know that when their death happens, they would go to be with their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Keep doing the work of our lord through your messages, brother. Thank you!

Well said about the message. Death for a Christian is just the beginning of true life. Dewalt and Stihl, you just can't beat them. I know what you mean about the truck. Whew, it is in twice as bad a shape as it was that day. I'm terrible at putting stuff back in same location. I have trouble finding a screwdriver at times...🤪 God Bless, Sam

@@tristardiggin I Heard that the struggle of doing what we do by ourself. I believe if you setup the truck and service deck bed you could have it all i could build an engine with the tools i got in my truck but have alot more stored in my toolbox just need to get the service deck bed on. The only issue with that is being very heavy weight.

I’m currently looking for a skid somewhere around 25k I feel like people don’t take me or my experience serious enough in my area because of how competetive it is because I’m only 26 … any advice ?

@@tristardiggin I bought a couple water proof boxes for my tools the other day. It’s a learning curve on what you need on site. It’s no fun to be out there and realize you are done for the day because you need a tool. But difficult to carry everything you could possibly need all the time. I’m learning that happy medium, in the process of it anyway.

Interesting story! I was farming full time and we were raising 1.4 million chickens per year for a local poultry integrator and I also had cattle and hay. We received an offer for the farm that couldn't be passed up. So, basically we sold the farm and I was unemployed 🙃! I had been doing some part time land clearing and pad building with the 259D while farming and after we sold the farm I went full time excavation. Bought the 308 after selling and then just kept adding equipment as the work came in to justify it.

Hello ,yeah I sold my orchard last year 30 years of orchard life was a enough. Like yourself I always had something on the go even when farming .People knew I had a old backhoe and I did all sorts of crappy jobs. Later on I bought a kubota tractor backhoe its handy. The bought a old crappy thomas skidsteer I didn't get much work for it so I sold it. I still got dump trucks well single axles and 2 small excavators try out the market in gaining some clients. I'm thinking I may have to buy bigger machines someday too.
