One big thing i noticed about this glove is the elastic areas on the fingertips. I like quite a snug fitting glove, so went for medium, but the elastic stretches too far for the padding as i close my hand, leaving the tips of my fingers exposed when i have a hand closed around the stick. Its likely an easy fix by simply moving to the size above, but something to bear in mind as getting caught on the tips of your fingers by a big stick check sucks

I know this is kinda old, but how do STX Cell 6 gloves compare to STX Cell 5 gloves ? Keep seeing people saying they are basically the same, and right now I can't choose whether I should go for Maverik M6 or STX Cell 6 gloves.

I've had these for a year and they feel really stiff and not flexible compared to other gloves. I don't know if anyone else is having this issue or if my gloves are too big

I realize comfort is important- but no one on these reviews seems to talk about "Protection"- which glove actually protects the wearer more than the other. They are all more than likely made in China but I'd like to know what kind of striking resistance they have. I personally don't wear a glove for the color or the ventilation I wear if to prevent broken bones.

@@ECD I just have a bad POV on them because I used them my freshmen year and the stx shield 300 didn’t do anything .... one shot to my thumb and it went numb
