I love this bag! I wear my NeoNoe bag almost everyday. That sucks that happened to you, so sorry. My bag is strong and holds up very well. 😍

Cuzo it’s sad, because I really the bag too . I went to the LV store last week and got another one and praying this third one won't give me problems 🙏🏾😩

I was going to get that bag today but the sales rep said don’t and she sold me the smaller one the bb. She said it folds at the top and has been returned way too often. I really wanted it though

Wow!! I love the leather version. This is why I only buy the leather bags from LV...they cost too much for the canvas to be messing up.

Was the replacement free of cost and will they allow exchanges in store if you bought it from the website?

The replace was free I believe so as long you have your receipt. I aways keep my receipt in my box.

Omg I noticed the same problem with mine at the bottom and I have only used it 4 times without 2 years. It been in the box for over a year, then I started to use it.

Sorry to hear that, take it back. As long you have you receipt and/or in the their profile you should be able to take it back and they can fix it

Yes! They will ask you do you want the same bag or different one. That’s the best thing when buying from the store itself

I've done my research on this bag and so far I'm seeing that the black bag is the one with the issue and not the pink or caramel version.

I got caramel and had had to return it after two weeks for the same Issue :(. Got a replacement and can see a spot where it’s doing it again… no thank you. Will just get Noe I guess!!

Hello! I got the bag from my local LV store in DC and my LV tag say Paris on the side. I’m now on my third bag, hopefully three times is charm. So far the bag is still good condition 🙏🏾☺️

Hey girl u gotta be from the dmv area? Lol I had that bag I sold it though the starter price was originally 1390.00 not 900. When I purchased mine it was 1500.00 now its over 2k. I loved it but rarely used it so I sold it😵‍💫 but I plan on buying the noenoe bb version in monogram this week as I'm doing research on that on it 1st. I never had any issues with the version you got so wow sorry ir dealing with that mess. Lv has been having issues but I still purchase. Thanks for sharing

I had the Metis hobo bag that melted so badly, and I exchanged it for NeoNoe in 2019, I have never used the bag not even once. and I’m going to sell it Now before it’s starts melting. We supposed to keep using this bags without any concern. they’re making this bags so poorly and they’re charging thousands of dollars.

Before gluing it back on, did you try to take it back for a new one? With both of mines I take them back and LV replace it with a new one, with no problems

No in my country they dont have policy to change it with new one … they only provide u to fix it, that have to send it to paris that take time 6 month …. Unless u buy it like a week and it broke i think they will change it… mine already 1 year … but also my aunt say if u send it to fix it to LV paris is there any guarantee u will get it back cause take 6 months and also there is a case is not a bag but watch even go the news in my country . They send it to fix it to LV paris but loose on the way and the store dont want to take responsible they just offer u insurance that u have to buy when u send package to other country but is not much as the watch price …

I still love my LV reverse monogram *preluxscom* clutch! It's versatile, fits a variety of items, and is definitely a workhorse! I think seeing it everywhere (like the LV speedy) is proof that it's already a classic.

Yes return they will fix it if you bought from Louis Vuitton store or online . It’s nothing to worry about if it’s from them.

Not trying to confuse you, but it's the risk we take when we buy these luxury bags now. The quality is not the same like it use to be. I say go for it and buy it. The good thing is you can take it back to get it fixed 😉

I feel you. I’m a former leather artisan for LV and baby if I could spill the tea. On a serious note, I Will be spilling the tea and letting it all hang out , so everyone is Crystal clear why LV quality , craftsmenship, and in generality why LV sucks!

Its actually pronounced like 2 words -Neo No A (neo noe') And Lord how I wished I had seen this vid before I bought mine. I bought the epi leather neo noe' in blue just last week. Yikes. Imma gonna go ape shit cray cray if mine starts coming apart

This is why so many look to buy vintage pieces on the pre loved market. The bags and luggage made prior to the year 2000 will last a lifetime. I own a speedy 30 made in the early 80's and the bag still looks brand new. Most bags don't reach 40 years old and if they do they're in pieces. The hardware is still gold, the canvas is thick and vibrant, the leather is perfect. Nothing is peeling or fraying. It's embarrassing to see the world's most valuable luxury brand putting out this kind of crap. Louis Vuitton is probably rolling over in his grave smh.
