Have you considered using a lint shaver (or razor ) to remove the lint balls where the fabric is pilling.

Which piece exactly? Sorry you’re being a little vague. The car seat base? (The piece that goes under the cart seat) or something else ?

Am sorry I just saw you respond ,the car seat adapter for the stroller that clip in to the stroller and then to the car seat ,
