Reviewing the Armstrong HA 880 High Aspect Foil for Wing Foiling and compare to the HA 925

After testing both foils we then jumped on an even higher aspect foil that made the HAs look like very low aspect.

you gotta try the smaller ones! I feel the 780 is the foil that is a 1-to-1 replacement for the 925. the 680 and 580 have so much lift it blows my mind. but none of them feel like they are as fast as the v1s. and man I'd love to try the steak knife, lucky you bud. cool vid. Thanks for watching. I wish to try the 780 or lower but only got the 880 you are the 2nd person to mention that.

You are 100% right; I thought the same. It just felt a tad faster and smoother... I figured the lift come from the extra profile and the speed from the reduced foil area. Lets go weekend warriors is right... 🤩

That HA880 is a big wing! It has been my goto wing for the past months with 100kg weight plus complete winter-gear… I love that foil, now I am curious to test the 1180 for light conditions…
