eve!! i have a solution to not get distracted on your phone!! when you said you spent like 45 mins on facebook, this immediately popped into my head. i recently downloaded an app called 'Forest', it cost, i THINK, £1.99 to download but just trust me, it's so worth it to help you not get distracted! you set a timer on this app for anywhere between 10 minutes and 2 hours. once you start the timer, a little plant sprout thing will start to grow and will grow the whole time you've set the timer for. if you close the app and open something else or do anything else on your phone, the little plant will start to wither and die :( i don't know how or why but it's such good motivation to not go on your phone and get distracted by social media etc because you don't want the plant to die lmao, it also builds up a whole forest of all the trees youve managed to plant by not getting distracted on your phone on other apps n stuff! honestly im the worst for getting distracted on my phone while doing uni work and it has been such a lifesaver. hope it helps you too!
