Twin mag AR is the best AR in current version. Pre-nerf MK7 might have been better.

funny, the burst Aug is also my favorite AR of all time. especially ocean's burst AR, my goodness.. i loved chapter 2 season 3.. despite them removing the pump, honestly i didn't mind the charge shotgun

During Chapter 1 the Infantry Rifle became my main Assault Rifle once they added the Epic and Legendary versions to the game, and now it’s also my main Assault Rifle in Reload mode.

Bro the red eye is a thing (I know you are a red eye hater but objectively speaking this thing is an absolute monster and was one of the most beloved assault rifles of all time)

HOT TAKE: The normal AR(in its current state in reload c5s3) is terrible. It has so much bloom that if you arent in somebodys face, you arent hitting any shots like i was 10m away from a guy in one game and hit him once. So yeah EDIT: I think the reason most people like it is because they’re blinded by nostalgia. I started in c3s3 so I never used the scar

2:50 ch 2 s1 through s2 was 3 round burst. They changed it to 2 in ch 2 s3. But in ch 3 s2 they added a scope to the 2 round.

No Red-Eye is criminal (Well you could say the twin mag is essentially a better version of the red-eye). Anyways amazing video as always Ty!

I'd like to add two that I find great imo, first, the Ch 4 version of the Tactical Assault Rifle, hitscan, decent damage, plus with the added bonus of picking up mini of medium ammo, good AR Second, the Red Eye Assault Rifle, good damage, red dot, great for surge damage and BEAMED when in the right hands

I think the Hammer Assault Rifle from C3S3 should be on this list, was a great AR/SMG hybrid, and I'm glad it's back in Reload

The infantry is probably my favorite AR. Insanely fast FSA and pretty low recoil. The damage and dropoff are also crazy.

Personally, the best ar for me was the overclocked pulse rifle that came from Loot island in chapter 4 BUT if the infantry rifle ever becomes modable with attachments, then it would be my favorite AR of all time

I feel like the ranger assault rifle was a pretty good ar, worked kinda like an heavy ar but with less bloom and better accuracy, the only reason for it to not being recognised enough is because of the season it was in. Of course you had the mk, then the striker burst which were both broken so it kinda got overshadowed

I remember when the combat released my friend was spectating me after he got eliminated, and he questioning how I had no recoil when shooting it lmao

I think when the AR was Unvaulted for Chapter 4, we we're just too used to Accurate ARs to even realize that it's the exact same as Before. I think Public outcry and not using it in a Meta resulted in our backwards Placebo. Also, that shoot and reload with the Twin Mag Guns was only a thing with the SMG, because by the time the AR came out they fixed the issues and you can reload it without needing to shoot. Also, I would argue the Energy Rifle was better than the Pulse Rifle, just because of the faster fire rate and the Higher base damage. (ER with 37,39,41 and PR with 33,35,36. Comparing equal rarities anyways.)

Man the aug is such a smooth gun, especially ocean’s like that thing was hitting 30s from 120 plus meters it was so fun, little bloom and the recoil is just non existent

I fell like the Flapjack rifle was insane back in CH4 S3. With 45 shots, and 31 damage with very little bloom, if you took your time, this thing would shred all the way up to 100m and farther

Ranger AR imo is one of the best AR's for its time, slow enough to hit shots and still able to do massive damage within 2-3 shots. Hope to see this one in the next one

The legacy combat is the most underrated gun in the game. It’s so incredibly good that I’d even say it’s the best weapon in the game and I think it’s way too underrated before the new season when it came back

The Combat AR is easily the Best AR of all time if you used it right. If you didn’t know, if you tapped fired really fast with the weapon you could BEAM people at Infantry rifle ranges with basically no recoil and insane accuracy. I used to shred whole teams with this thing back in Chapter 3, Season 3.

2:49 three round burst was good , two round was kinda but but the zoomed ads was kinda cool , my fav AR was the heavy and my only complaint with it is how zoomed out it looked when ADSing, also the striker burst /slones burst/slones stroker burst were all good weapons

Saying the scar is the best chapter 1 gun and that only the infantry can keep up with it easily makes this tierlist terrible. Season 6-7 Ak was top 2 AR’s of all time, low bloom, 46 body damage, 92 headshot. You had the firerate of a Ar, DMR damage and sniper like accuracy.

I’m happy to see the twin mag ar on this list I was a beast with that thing and it’s my favourite gun of all time

Personally I prefer the original 3 burst rifle instead of the current 2 burst. I used to be really good with the 3 burst, and out of everyone I knew I was the best with it. In C2 S3, I was sad that they changed it to a 2 burst, though the better accuracy did make up for it. If I remember correctly, around the end of C1, I’m pretty sure the burst got a small buff, because it felt better at the time, and I saw a good amount of people using it. But that was so long ago that I can’t even remember if that did happen or if people just chose to use it more.

with the combat AR if you just let go of the trigger every once in a while it completely removes all recoil

Btw Aug got reworked in Ch2 S3 to be a two burst instead a three burst, in Ch2 S2 it was a 3 burst doing 33 body at legendary whilst after the rework it did 37 with a two burst

C1 Scar: even in C2 it was good, the problem is C3 when scoped weapons became OP and C4 just showed how dumb it was especially with the easy to hit Red-Eye Infantry Rifle: the reason the Epic/Legendary feel so much better is because of the recoil, the lower tiers just have 2 less mag (not including rarity based changes that always happen) but due to this you are always hitting from almost every range and the x2 headshot makes it so much better because of the C2S3 change to remove x2 multipliers from spray weapons C2S1-2 AUG: best iteration of the 3 round Burst AR and should be this rifle today and frankly the Famas back then too was actually not too bad, just the bloom issues the old Burst had that the new AUG didnt is what helped the Burst so much C2S3-C3S3 AUG: minus the hate i have for the 2 round Burst (due to it removing the 3 round one), the AUG version was INSANELY OP and if the Famas had the same zoom it would also be OP even with the accuracy being as bad as it is, it was competing against long ranged weapons INCLUDING SNIPERS which is why the extra zoom on it was just putting it in the grave for me MK-7: C3S1 was actually such a breath of fresh air and almost everything about it was perfect, although everything on this list is moreso a favorites list rather than OP one i can see why early MK-7 days can be considered OP Combat AR: it still is one of the most powerful ARs even without the mythic, it’s basically the OG Suppressed SMG and the Stinger SMG combined and even with the recoil (especially currently) it’s still imo easy to control Twin-Mag: easily top 3, it’s the Scar but red dot and that’s all you need to say, it’s almost as broken as the MK-7 after a couple nerfs it got and that should say a LOT about the weapon Pulse Rifle: i dont think it’s broken, due to its accuracy it’s consistent but if comparing the damage to a scar i’d always choose the scar, if it was the Starks though i think that is balanced to the Scar and it would depend on rarity

Hot take: Og tac ar was damn good, ar range with SMG ammo and firerate, quick reload, good mag size and had very little bloom.

You forgot the gold am from season 7 or 6 of chapter 1 it did 48 body and 96 headshot and that was when people were using L2 spamming so kind of crazy ngl not the one from chapter 2 but from chapter 1 and the purple did 38 body and 86 headshot

2:55 slight correction the aug became a 2 burst in chapter 2 season 3

3:14 the 3 round did 32-33 body, the 2 round did scar damage

In my opinion, the Combat AR is the best, I know that the MK7 was 100% better in every way, but these attachments actually make the Combat shred: 1. Red Dot Optic 2. Drum Mag 3. Vert Grip 4. Muzzle Brake The recoil is reduced to something like the Suppressed AR has.

Statistically the twin mag is certainly the best assault rifle because it has an in between fire rate of the slower rifles and the MK but still has the 40 damage a shot making it insane in any scenario. My favorite gun though was the chapter 3 Aug. I just enjoyed using it because of how it looked and sounded and it always hit around 50+ damage because of the 2 burst. I’ve never liked ranged 3 burst weapons bc you never hit the third shot so the 2 burst was perfect

legacy tactical assault rifle is underrated and no one would really say it good but me personally really love this gun and I do understand that the new one is not as good it's a low tier ar but the legacy tactical was the first"first person" gun and came out in season 9

I started in C1S5 and dropped the game the following season, I didn't actually play often until chapter 4. Reload is such a good mode, but I hate bloom ARs. I hope they add the Red Eye or Twin Mag eventually to the loot pool

Look I can understand the hate with the striker ar in chapter 5 because like it didn't do that much damage but you got to respect it with the fact that it was actually really good

Crazy how none of the C5S1 ARs are here, especially the Nemesis and post-buff Enforcer, those guns are busted, even without attachments

Not gonna lie. I really like the Flapjack Rifle. It might not have been that accurate or damaging. But the sheer volume of fire I would put out with that thing won me so many fights and matches overall. And I had really good tracking with it in general. But that's just me tbh.

Personally, i prefer the mkalpha over the 7, because i find the mk alpha easier to hit people and my aim with the alpha is the best AR aim for me, I’m a literal laser with it
