I definitely wish they hadn't backtracked from the story they started with Bryan in this game. It would have been more interesting to see Bryan working together with Yoshimitsu to achieve a shared or similar goal in Tekken 5.

Bryan might have had some hidden programming by Abel (is that even possible on a cyborg?) and that took him over and made him kill Dr B. Yoshimitsu is obviously pissed and wants revenge, and answers because Bryan turned from a potential ally to a murderous scumbag overnight. Bryan becomes a mindless human weapon that attacks anyone he feels like attacking. Thus the story from T4 to T5 would make a bit more sense, but it seems mostly like there were 2 different writers with 2 wildly differing ideas on how the story should progress, and this is the result we got.

When you're behind trees, phone booth's etc at the right angle, you can run towards it and your character will run in place and build up an unblockable tackle while remaining where they are. When and if the opponent breaks the object or moves around it, unless they do some high ass jumping move, you will have a guaranteed unblockable tackle on them. If you have the life lead and they choose to stay away from you to avoid the tackle, you win.

Boskonovich apparently survived Brian's rampage. Also Brian awoke early. Funnt thing is if he was aslerp for a year he'd have missed tekkens 5-7. Tekkens 4-7 lorewise is a few months

Bryan would have made for some interesting DLC for tekken 7 if they went with that. Since Bryan really did not do anything interesting lorewise after 4. His appearances did not matter. It would also make a great return for him.

Dude with all the respect to your view I don't think he woke up early, he woke up a year later but it's just Tekken has had some serious plot holes ever since Tekken 2, Just take a look at how everything ran by in a few months, a world destroying war between Mishima Zaibatsu and G Corp? They simply didn't plan to write such a complicated story for every char that they didn't give a fuck about the timeline anymore, as you know every char except Mishima's went batshit after tk4 (even Mishima's kinda did)

I wish they kept the voice actor of Bryan from the original. His laugh was diabolical and matched the character. Now Bryan sounds like a cheesy villain who's always about to cough up a lung when he's laughing.

Actually, it's still the same voice actor, it's just that they re-recorded his voice lines from Tekken 6 onwards, still miss his classic laugh though

@@rainofkhandaq6678 No, I meant as in him having more of a character than "guy who destroys cities and laughs" and his story with Yoshimitsu only really continued in 5. In 6, he didn't really do much aside from destroying things, and in 7, he had a nothing rivalry with Bob which also included destroying things. And I'm not saying he HAS to die, but it would be more interesting to his story than the last few games.

Apparently, it's still David Schaufele. I'm guessing Namco wanted to change the voice direction for him, which wasn't a good choice since his maniacal laugh from T3-5 sounded the most intimidating.

I disagree, I still like Paul but yeah he went from a complete badass to comic relief from Tekken 4 to 5. On the other hand Bryan was and still is a ruthless madman. I do think in Tekken 7 almost every character not in the Mishima Saga story got shafted except maybe Miguel

@@Kruzeda I thought his good side lost. In tekken 4, kazuya merged with his devil and now the devil became a part of him. He has no good side left from what I can tell. Maybe if heihachi didn't beat him and throw him into a volcano, his devil side wouldn't have awakened as much and kazuya would rely on its power to defeat heihachi. As for angel, idk she was written out past tekken tag.

Yoo MainMan, you need to use more grapples and get better at poking, try not to complete strings if NPC is blocking and wait for the NPC's to whiff or finish strings, Tekken 4 I would argue is an easier Tekken since juggling is not as big compared to later games

It got nerfed in season 2 to have less invulnerability on start up but it’s still crazy safe at range 1-1.5

Is it just me, or has Yoshimitsu's Rainbow Drop always been weak? Well, except in Tekken 2, but that was back when every throw took off half your health at least. Maybe the same could be said for Tekken 3, but definitely Tekken 4 onwards, it felt like that move got halved damage wise, I dunno.

Bosconovitch told Bryan that when he wakes up, a year would have passed. This is not true because tekken 5 is announced almost a week or two weeks after tekken 4 based on the ordeal between Jin, Kazuya and Heihachi in tekken 4 . So are they tryna say that Kazuya and Heihachi were knocked unconscious by Jin for over an entire year???????????

not weeks, two months passed. They were beaten up by Jin, then fight in Honmaru with Jack's. After that Kazuya was dealing with GCorp, Heihachi recovering after blow and Jin was in his homeland Yakushima

Remember that bosconovitch failed. He never gave bryan the new body but instead gave him limitless energy. So he probably did not need the full year because maybe he realized it was not yet possible.
