I used to also be very hesitant to go back to my home town because it triggered a lot of painful memories in me. I realized over the years that forcing myself to go back and being better and stronger than I used to made me replace those bad memories with new, good ones. I hope your trip helped do this too! i love all your videos but this one was such a sweet simple video jen! i felt so calm watching you go back to your home town, i feel the same way when i visit my home town. it's amazing how lots has change although lots of things are also the same. then there's that other side with our own growth from leaving our home towns, but when revisiting there's something about it, we're wiser and appreciate where we come form more then we did when we first left.. if that makes any sense, thanks Jen for reminding me :) xx

ahhh thank you for taking us with you!!! I love when you show the beautiful sights on your trips; I would LOVE to travel to the US someday just to roadtrip, I can't imagine all of that nature (i'm from the netherlands haha). it's how you can't really listen to bon iver without thinking of all of those trees and mountains :)!
