During that time, whole blocks and neighborhoods were decaying with every home that went under.

I would be willing to invest in the architecture in Baltimore, for re-hab, but would not rent to lazy asses, only to hard working people that take pride in where they live, and pay their taxes.......

Make friends with lots of feral cats that's what I do when I move into a new area. They keep rats away and cats will also keep most spiders and bugs away

LET IT BE KNOWN & LET IT BE HEARD LOUDLY!!! Baltimore is city on the mend and mending rather quickly. Baltimore's slowly resilient but, it cant help being an "old" city with an 'old' infrastructure and that 'basic infrastructure' needs updated. They still use power poles for electric, telephone, and oil based heating tanks to heat there homes. You still cant get cable TV in much of the city. I love Baltimore and i have a half century of experience basking in its charm. So I must warn you: I don't recommend attempting to do battle with Baltimore's ruthless drug dealers, its incredibly dangerous. There's story after story of fire bombings, murders, assaults and they wont bat an eye to kill you in the street. Drugs are part of Bmores history.

Ms Campbell As you may of guessed all the waterfront property, wharf warehouse business owners were rezoned/pushed out 1st by politician W.D Schaffer in the very late 70s early 80s and converted to the inner harbor, stores, condos, homes and apartment properties for the plethora of medical staffing like surgeons, students, doctors, nurses and service oriented employees to live as the Hopkins, Bayview, UMB etc. and its offshoots grow.

Ms Campbell trying to revamp a Baltimore row home will surely break you depending on your budgets depth. Even then you will not incur the equity you just spent to make a single row home habitable. 1st it would take more than 1 row home to attain any real sqftage. Many have collapsed roofs, and flooring. All have been stripped of basic infrastructure precious metals like lead & copper piping for water, electric. no row houses were built with central a/c-heating or basic cable. You'd basically have to buy a property, demolish it and start from scratch. And then Baltimore city has its complex land fees and taxes. HUD for BMORE

There's nothing racist about Trump's speech and proof is in the pudding. And black residents are complaining this proves that people your race can be your own worse enemy it's gotten them in products of a poor environment this is a prime example of what Martin King Luther Jr says about CHARACTER and obviously Elijah Cummings took advantage of this and obtained wealth under false pretenses using racism as a scape 🐐 to cover up his own imcompetence just another 🐺 in 🐑 clothing .
