This is a very well done video on how to use the MELT balls for feet. I have been doing this every day for the last 2 weeks. My feet don't feel so jammed up and if I do it before bed I sleep really well.

Would playing it in slower motion help you can go as slow as 0.25x

How many times a week to do this? Is the same as the hand one 3x/week?
