This Vehicle covers how to replace a Battery (Group size 65) in a 2014 E350 Ford.
Tools Used:
1/4 Ratchet
6-inch Extension
8mm Socket
A protective eye covering and gloves
Parts Needed
Group Size 65 Battery
Open the hood of the vehicle and locate the battery.
Locate the negative battery cable, which is typically black and has a minus sign (-) on it. Use the wrench or pliers to loosen and remove the cable from the negative terminal of the battery.
Repeat step 2 for the positive cable, which is typically red and has a plus sign (+) on it.
Carefully remove the old battery from its compartment, being careful not to spill any acid.
Clean the battery compartment and the cables to remove any corrosion.
Place the new battery in the compartment and secure it in place.
Reattach the positive cable to the positive terminal of the new battery and the negative cable to the negative terminal.
Start the vehicle to ensure the new battery is working properly.
