As a Jamaican I always looked at black Latinos as black people who were forced to speak Spanish, just like my ancestors who were forced to speak English. The only difference between all of us AA, Jamaican, Haitian, Puerto Ricans and so on is a boat stop.

Let me tell you how I feel about Nore. When DMX was on the drink champs it was then, but I realized, that they are haters. They have to at least in their eyes control the narrative. And it sucks. What Joseline was trying to explain to this man while she was crying is that she is a woman with boundaries. Granted, she loves her mother and mona but she will not tolerate bullshit anymore. She can love them from afar. A lot of people think that they are forever Indebted to the woman that brought you into this world or someone who gave you a shot to show the world who you actually are. @@Dominican1923 I agree! Nore, not unlike most New Yorkers, call brothers and sisters from Spanish speaking islands in the Caribbean Spanish. At minimum, they would call someone their nationality instead of actual race. Which a lot of times get confused with nationality. Personally, I believe the confusion is part of the plan to keep my Spanish speaking people of African descent from moving together with Black Americans. I don’t call myself Haitian even though my father is mainly because I wasn’t raised by him. My brother doesn’t call himself Panamanian even though his father is from Panama and raised him. It’s a deep subject that brothers like Nore don’t have the time or bandwidth to explore. That’s why I liked what Joseline said. Peace.

She’s really blossomed since meeting her husband. Stevie did nothing for her self-esteem or future. This man believes in her, respects her, encourages her! Gave her a family. Now she’s a bad ass business lady and her confidence is more authentic now. It’s really nice to see. I love the person she’s become! And honestly, she’s fuckin hilarious 😂 If u haven’t watched her show on zues, please do. Her one liners are pure comedy! She just roasts the girls LOL 😂 I LUV IT

Joseline spoke about being a prostitute as a minor and dealing with pimps and that trauma and here comes Stevie who is supposed to save her from the strip club and make her dreams (doing music) come true. INSTEAD Stevie tried to control her like a pimp would and it traumatized her and triggered her

People love to clown on Joseline but as someone who has watched her on everything and followed her career it is inspiring. Her music didn’t pop until after LHHATL and she got her own show. “BDay” by her is one of Her most streamed songs on Spotify 🎉 and it’s inspiring knowing where she comes from. Is Joseline perfect? No nobody is but in this interview you can really tell that she has matured and it seems like she’s an awesome mother. I’m truly happy for her.

That’s exactly what’s wrong with Black people we condone wretchedness, and we call it words that sound good like respect her hustle her flow no that’s wretchedness. That’s why we are where we at now I will never give her with respect for the way. She became an allowed herself to become a monster because of the heart she went through in life. At one point she was old enough to walk away from it, but she lets us sit in her soul and it, and it explodes at any given moment, so she hasn’t changed she just knows how to holster it. Everything that she was she still is.

I love how joseline has evolved from then in 2012 when love and hip started in Atl to now. One thing I like about joseline is that she speaks her mind, raises awareness about her own black experience, and also educating people about being independent versus taking the mainstream route 💯💯✨ 🌸🌹🌹🌷
