@@soulzrl8485take off the stick and use a screwdriver or the little tool that comes with your controller to twist left to make it looser and right to tighten it

Yes, it is a great controller. I have been using mine for about 2 years and I just had to replace mine due to normal wear and tear from using it for that long. I recommend getting the 2-year warranty on it as well so you can replace it for free if something breaks or stops working.
