Yes, he is. Whether he tried to tackle this or not, I don't know that he made it sound like a mode that you'd have fun engaging with, and that's what I was attempting to argue here. He's right that there are benefits to be gained by going into training mode regularly like that, but it might not seem like it's going to be fun to do so.
