It needs repainting outside ang inside every structures especially the main house.

Very old skool ang ang mga tiles and paints.. malaking expenses pa aabutin.

kung Malapit po iyan sa Indang Municipal Hall around 300 masl lang po iyan. If near Mendez Municipal Hall, iyon po ang 530masl. Though good presentation. Next time siguro po bring portable GPS para sa exact altitude ng area. Pag rest house po kasi mas mainam kung alam ng buyer ang taas ng lupa. Mabuhay po kayo! 🥰
