"play every race like zerg" That is just pure stupidity. Reynor played greedy in this game because of the free 3rd base. You can't do that in other maps. Serral made a lot of mistakes here like overextending lurkers and nydus. He also wasted a lot of hyras, roaches and swarm hosts. Serral made a lot of tech switch having less workers. Reynor did play very well but the strategy won't work in any other maps. Also, Serral win this match 3-1

I think the "attempt" to take Serral's gold was a BM move 😂

Never played the game (just watched) but I def understand how insane beating who's considered as the best Scii player that also has the best PVZ is with an off race

I play random in ranked and its great but I've only reached diamond a few time. Zerg I get there almost every time. Some sick shit Reynor does. But this guy Dayvie or Blizzard's David Kim is the reason I play random.

Reynor places grid, most people can do it but dont have a hotkey setup. I mean play at their level with off race.

Its true one of the biggest advantages of protoss is their unit production, if they mass chrono gateways or stargates they can produce a full fresh army almost instantly and teleport it almost anywhere on the map at the same time. They requires very greedy play tho with many bases.

The flank on the gold base was honestly just peak star craft. Its what protoss's have failed to do for so long honestly. Not nearly enough multi-pronged attacking. Always just a death ball that gets 360 degree surrounded by zerg and becomes a Dead ball

Ye, but that’s the issue exactly. Come supreme lategame, PvZ is skytoss deathball vs whatever the Zerg chooses. And 9 out of 10 times, the result is, that P starts losing the attrition war to rebuilding interceptors and abducted units, loses patience, commits to an engagement they should not have commited to (but didn’t really have much choice anyway), gets rightfully obliterated and taps out…

@@dankmemester1066 agreed, I have not really seen deathballs in protoss anymore, simply because of how easy it is for zerg to just yank a few key units using vipers to mess up everything

If Zerg needed friendly fire, the devs would've done it. The reason they don't is because if you have 20 banelings rolling at marines and one blows up cause a marine shoots it, you lose your entire baneling count and that's just plain stupid. Lurkers would also kill your entire army immediately cause zerglings have less hp than zealots, stalkers, marines, marauders, or anything else really, so all of Zerg's splash, maybe with the exception of fungal, which would still kill all your zerglings, would make the race unplayable. Have you ever actually played Zerg?

friendly fire would make banelings unusable lol... I'm terran but zerg doesnt need friendly fire, especially considering the massing quality of their units. Lurkers doing friendly fire would obliterate all the zergs other ground forces. Most zerg units charge INTO the other army, marrines/stalkers, etc. kite back from a fight, allowting tanks/distruptors/collo to cover fire. But saying all that, youre probably in gold or plat so who cares what you think anyways lol

@@eternaldakrusha9198 actually thats not true, the devs dont work on this game anymore and it does take the devs a while to find imbalance and fix it. the mothership core, for instance, was in sc2 for wol and hots, not to mention infested terran was in for around 9 years. also the devs aren't the best judge of what the game should look like. if devs were the best judge of what the game should look like, then fast cheap void rays and queen walks are apparently what pvz should look like, since that was the last patch from the devs (b4 blizzard dropped it and gave balancing to the community balance council). i dont think zerg needs friendly splash tho. it wouldn't really balance any part of the race that needs balancing.

Corrosive Bile and Parasitic Bomb are both spells with friendly fire splash… Your statement is not controversial. It’s just based on ignoring the friendly fire splash that Zerg already has.
