Rezept des Tages | Rinderbrust-Mais-Reis | CRP-LHTR0609F
1 Maiskolben
Rinderbrust 200 g
Reis 2 Tassen (300 g)
Knoblauch-Schnittlauch
Sojasauce 2 EL
Zucker 1/2 EL
Kochwein 1 EL
Pfeffer
1. Die Maiskörner vom Kolben schneiden.
2. Auf einen Teller legen.
3. Den Knoblauch-Schnittlauch hacken.
4. Die Fleischmarinade vorbereiten.
5. 2 EL Sojasauce
6. 1/2 EL Zucker
7. 1 EL Kochwein
8. Eine Prise Pfeffer
9. Gut vermengen.
10. Gewaschenen Reis (2 Tassen) in den Innentopf geben.
11. Wasser hinzufügen, bis es knapp unterhalb der "Non-Press White" Linie 2 steht.
12. Die Maiskörner hinzufügen.
13. Auch den Maiskolbenstiel hinzufügen.
14. Den Innentopf in den CUCKOO stellen.
15. Den Deckel schließen.
16. Die Option "VEGGIE RICE" auswählen.
17. "NON P COOK" drücken.
18. In einer Pfanne Öl erhitzen.
19. Die marinierte Rinderbrust hinzufügen und gut durchbraten.
20. Nach etwa 20 Minuten CUCKOO-Arbeit "OPEN COOKING" drücken.
21. Warten, bis die intelligente Verriegelungseinrichtung freigegeben wird.
22. Jetzt können Sie den Deckel öffnen.
23. Die Maiskolbenstiele entfernen.
24. Das gekochte Rindfleisch hinzufügen.
25. Den Deckel innerhalb von 3 Minuten schließen
(Das Kochen wird abgebrochen, wenn der Deckel länger als 3 Minuten offen bleibt).
26. CUCKOO wird automatisch weiterkochen.
27. Der Rinderbrust-Mais-Reis ist fertig 😊
28. Gut umrühren.
29. Etwas gehackten Knoblauch-Schnittlauch hinzufügen.
30. Gut umrühren und auf einem Teller oder in einer Schüssel servieren.

Brisket 200g
Rice 2 Cups (300g)
Garlic chives
Soy sauce 2T
Sugar 1/2T
Cooking wine 1T
Pepper
1. Chop the corn kernels from the stem.
2. Put it on a plate.
3. Chop the garlic chives.
4. Let’s marinate the meat.
5. 2T Soy sauce
6. 1/2T Sugar
7. 1T Cooking wine
8. little bit of pepper
9. Mix well.
10. Place washed rice (2 cups) in the inner pot.
11. Pour water until little below “non-press white” line 2.
12. Add corn kernels.
13. Add corn stem as well.
14. Place the inner pot in the CUCKOO.
15. Close the lid.
16. Select the VEGGIE RICE option.
17. Press the NON P COOK.
18. Add oil and heat a frying pan.
19. Add the seasoned brisket and cook well.
20. After about 20 min of CUCKOO working, press the OPEN COOKING.
21. Wait until the smart locking device is released.
22. Now you can open it.
23. Take out the stems.
24. Add cooked brisket.
25. Close the lid within 3 minutes (Cooking will be canceled if the lid is kept open for more than 3 minutes).
26. CUCKOOC will automatically continue cooking.
27. Brisket corn rice is ready 😊
28. Stir well.
29. Add some chopped garlic chives.
30. Stir well and serve on a bowl or plate.
