But that is only possible with circuit schematic of the HFSS 16 onwards

Draw a full circle and draw a rectangle on half side. Cut the rectangle from circle.

You can calculate using the circumference of the coupler which is 1.5 times lambda.

r = 360 degrees * L / 2Pi (90 degrees) Can this formula be applied?

If you know length L i.e. circumference then just divide by 2pi to get r.
