Yesterday while riding bike on St. Cruz market junction I was about to fall in a dangerously big hole in the middle of the road. The state of roads in and around Panaji has become worst.

OK there is one more very interesting point PWD water dept 16 unit free for each month but meter reading done 35-40 days and once above 16 calculation start. second electricity new construction keep coming up but panchayat and town planning never bother to look transformer capacity
