Great to see all those Amiga’s still going strong 💪. I picked up an Amiga 600 over a year ago. It’s great to relive those Amiga memories.

What great times. I had a Mega 2 ST and then an Amiga 500, then a 2000. I saw someones A3000 and 14.4 modem and was jealous as well as when the new Amigas came out and saw them in stores. Thanks

Looks relatively easy to get to from Nottingham! I'll have to make the effort to pop along to an event.

1:47 "Gateway 2000" '(Altec Lansing ACS41) speakers but they have bad boomy resonance peaks around 120Hz because of the completely untreated (for some reason) plastic enclosures. Lining the interior walls with a few layers of bitumen-type sound deadening sheets and then lining the top, back and bottom interior walls with polyester wadding pieces will sort them out.

The Falcon, a rare dreamy computer, which you can't do a lot with, for its life ended far too soon.

Looks like a RaSCSI. plugged into the A3000, bit like a SCSI2SD. But cheaper in theory. Built with a much faster Pi than is needed. In spute of tatty looks in a 5/14 external bay, it's an achievement to get one working at all with an Amiga. :)

I kind of wish to create a user group were I live. But I have no idea if here are any that are interrested in Amiga's.

Ravi, I posted about the possibility of creating a Users Group for the North on Amibay but I have so far got zero response which surprises me because I said I would facilitate and organise. I didn't know about this user group. My idea was that York would be a good location for the North rather than Newcastle. I would really like to get something going for the northerners as well as the South. So it's good to know about this group.
