He looks to have Keratoconus of the cornea ( I have also) needing cornea transplant- donor graft to restore sight..the protrusion of the eye behind the eyelid leads me to suspect this condition..it is very very painful, like dirt in your eye all the time .I feel for this man..if this is indeed what he has, it is als hereditary , he can pass the condition on to his children. Very sad.

I hope some rich people do some help for this family . they need good shelter for their children and a good job to support their financial needs for everyday specially the foods. clothes . and also the educational of their children, poverty is still the big obstacles in the Philippines
