I wanted my self esteem boosted. So I went to the paint store and had them scan my hand. Machine crashed and only displayed "FAILURE". So much for my self esteem.

After u lay down the tape, u need to paint the SAME colour that is under the tape (to seal the edges, so that if any paint does bleed under, it will be the original colour), and **then** u can paint ur stripe colour 😉

Oh yeah, I found out firsthand when I met them, the camera really hides how tall they both really are. Like I knew Rhett would be tall, but Link's actually not much shorter than him.

I think because gmm is very high produced (which isnt necessarily bad but can be...tiring) where this is Rhett and links weirdest at its finest. I love gmm but I do wish they would throw in a few over those episodes where they tell stories to eachother

I love when it cuts to them painting and Link has his overalls on and Rhett is deadass in the same clothes. Absolutely standard. Also this vlog made me realise how DARK Rhett’s hair has become! He really used to be a very very golden blonde at his lighter times and now he is almost completely decidedly brown! See these vlogs offer IMPORTANT insights.

I wonder what it's like to find another person so close to your brand of creative/weird that you can say "skin walls" and they say "yes."

Yes!! Isn't it beautiful 😭 But also, I think it's not only that they found each other, but that they grew into this over the years. They encouraged each other in the weirdness, gave each other the freedom to explore their creativity, and developed their own unique language. #goals in any friendship (and marriage too tbh)

I feel like half the appeal of the creative house for them was being able to fill it up with things from scratch instead of being beholden to all the super expensive crap that they've had at the office for the past 8 years or so.
