I like the taste of butter more but olive oil is easier to work with and stockpile in large amounts. Some stuff you just have to use butter on like grilled cheese and French Toast.

@@abegley6588 I've found making it with yolk only, and heavy cream vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt gives it the least egg flavor. Make sure you mix the yolks with a good amount of cream. The whites always tend to leave too much on certain spots which makes it taste egg

@@pdfbanana Compared to almost all other fats, butter most certainly is healthy. For 100g of butter, it's 717 calories vs the 884 of vegetable oil and the 902 calories of lard. Veg oil also lacks vitamins and minerals, which butter has a lot of.

none, stop eating traditional salads no nutritional value focus on vegetables other than poisonous greens they do nothing but bad for you. try carrots daily and watch as your stomach is released from pesticide infused greens lingering in your stomach.

Is it an american thing of calling a specific oil "vegetable oil"? Most of the oils in this are vegetable oils!

Most products labeled as vegetable oil are soybean oil but it could be any non-animal oil.

In the States, vegetable oil is generally corn (maize) oil. Sometimes it's also with canola.

I think it is. I've always seen vegetable oil as a general category, including olive oil, soybean oil, maize oil, canola oil and so on. Definitely no specifics in just saying it's "vegetable" oil.
