As an occupational therapist and rheumatoid arthritis patient, I appreciate this video! Another interesting benefit of exercise for Rheumatoid Arthritis that I discovered recently is that it actually can help reduce fatigue levels, which is great because fatigue can be one of the most difficult symptoms to live with (even more difficult than pain for some people)! -Cheryl

Exercise is so important for those with rheumatoid arthritis, under the guidance of the person's physician. Some studies now indicate that just 45 minutes per week of appropriate exercise can make a difference. hi iam from india. pls tell yoga exercise work on me. i tried my pain increased a lot. mediction is not working on me. my career everything is just screwed. turning 33 86 kg. ur video inspired me a lot. iam just fade up with pain. cant do work . i have to quit advocacy. i cant walk for many days. n mere weather change just started pain in my every joint.
