Hi...my mom used to wake me up at 3 am to move to her bed so that my brother won't cry if he wakes up with no one sleeping with him... and every time i woke up it always attack... whether its morning or noon... i wanted to sleep more in morning but my allergies says no...

I got this after not doing any exercise at all not even walking outside due to injury. Because cool air you get from being outside walking or heavy breathing doesn't cool down your sinuses. Humans need to walk or exercise daily.

I have a mysterious rhinitis case, nobody knows why it happens, I was diagnosed with sinusitis the first time and went through fisiotherapy for a whole month. When I return for my control they say I don't have sinusitis but my nose is still blocked, they say it's an allergic reaction but I don't have any allergies, they say it may be caused by dusts or cold, so I stopped using AC when I sleep but nothing really changed. Till this day I still have rhinitis and my nails are turning black due to lack of oxygen, the only treatment I have are nasal sprays that do little effect, maybe even my brain has given up because I stopped breathing automatically at times. My breaths are short and I have hard times focusing on things

try a neti pot...been doing it once a day and it helps. tried every medication out there, nothing works that great though

Sprays must not be directed toward the septum. because the diagnosis gets worse. Also, most of the time, it is Rhinitis and not the cold, or the flu.
