It really makes me wonder on how really big is the Rhodes Island landship, there's even a small shopping district in the landship which is insane!!!

The amount of detail put into every aspect of the landship's interior and ALL the cool Operator cameos is simply amazing! There's so much worth going back to get good views of, it's insane. I don't think I can give your friend enough props for the amount of effort put into this.

Sometimes you forget the scale a landship actua is. It’s crazy that something big can operate so well and you showed the scale wonderfully. Well done my good sir.

My only problem is that most of their movements looks unnatural but goddamn does it look gorgeous. Few improvements here and there and this will be a masterpiece.

So he did it all alone? All the modeling, rigging, texturing and the rest? Holy mother of god to say it's impressive is like saying nothing. Like, as someone who started to study 3D animation I want to shake his hand. And maybe give him a hug, because holy crap so much work has been done here the name of the track becomes especially symbolic

This is simply beautiful. To watch our moving around operators doing their life inside Rhodes Island makes me a little bit emotional. Amazing job, thank you Haohao.

After i watched this, i realize somethings, 1. Just how huge Rhodes Island is, it reminds me of Noah's ark, where Noah let the animals and humans who followed him enter his ark, it had heavy resemblance which all of operators had animal traits, but stil they called as humans in Arknights. 2. I searched Rhodes Island in wikipedia, Rhodes Island is the part of Greece located in north east of Crete and southeast of Athens, Rhodes Island had several nicknames but there a one interest me, "The Island of The Knights", it named after Knights of Saint John of Jerusalem or they known as "Knights Hospitaller" ruled RI 1310 and 1522, Knights Hospitaller were not only as military knight, but as provider to care the sick, poor and injured. In my opinion, Rhodes Island Ops basically Knights Hospitaller in Terra were they care people who got Oripathy disease. I know not only me who know the references, but altleast i just give my opinion, and I never thought that Hypergryph used such common references like Noah's Ark, but HG bringing reference to next level. And anyway this video is literally rocks!

When I watch this now, I think of the progress we have made as individual Doktors. The journey we’ve been through in our own ways. From having Kyo, Ecko, Kukikaze, and many others being our guides to standing on our own two feet, fighting against the odds. From waking up in that Sarcophagus, to experiencing the story through tears, joy, understanding, and longing for every character to have their happiest moments. Despite how bleak, cruel, and unforgiving the world is with its many dangers just around the corner. So, as we watch this, even in our darkest times, may we remind ourselves of how much resolve we shall have in our experiences. Let us never forget that.

the inteior design is absolutely mindblowing, thats a AAA game level stuff, so detailed, i couldnt recreate a single room from this animation even if i wanted to

Someone has done absolutely _incredible_ work here. The quality of models and textures, the attention to detail, and how you get an actual sense of the _scale_ of the Rhodes Island landship is just through the roof.

It's a very simple "house tour" so to say, and yet it's super effective at making me very emotional. God I love Arknights.

Some days the best part of my job is that the chair rotates! (Great job, nice video, with a lot of attention to detail) I also think the Ceobe Forbidden sticker on the cafeteria is very fitting.

Holy shit this is beautiful! The details on each area shot is unbelievable. Its as if its a model of the landship itself.

I really wanted a company willing to developing Arknights, but only on PC platform with the same story on this gorgeous graphics, that would be awesome. For the gameplay itself, maybe open-world games with RPG mechanic or something else similar to Dragon Age: Inquisition. The world exploration, with a lot of diversity and worldbuilding, thus deep lore is the main key of this games.

Creating & scultping 3D models alone is already an extremely laborious process without a team / funding - let alone an entire 5-minute short animation showcase. I used to be a 3D modeler / animator back then so I know how grueling the process behind creating this showcase animation was. To see 1 guy created all of these in mere 6 months is nothing short of miracle, hard work, and dedication. I salute your friend bud ❤️.
