In this video you will find ideas for ribbon apparatus difficulty! The ribbon ADs in this video are all done at home. So you can practice this ribbon masteries at home, to get better at RG competitions!
There are a lot of ribbon masteries ideas, you can easily find some masteries with the ribbon that will be good for you!
Each of the ribbon mastery is with slow motion, to help you understand the master better!
There are some easy ribbon masteries and some harder. Find what works for you!
