The fickle restaurant world with the recession were in, best of luck to these folks. To go swimming upstream with out a drive thru is definitely different in this world of convenience, is everything.

I took the brisket class in April. I learned a ton! Jonny is totally being honest. They told us everything and didnt hold anything back! I want to take the rib and sausage class as soon as I can.

Awesome interview, im a Marylander and BBQ here especially in Southern Maryland has always been a big thing beause of our close proximity to the Carolinas and Virginia. Maryland chicken is big here too. Johnny and all the people at Goldees are great pittmasters. Looking forward to traveling out west sometime and try Goldees and Ribees myself!

I 100% crave ribs more often than I crave any other BBQ protein. Ribbees is such a cool idea and I'm jealous it's in Texas and not North Carolina
