Wow! Mike Everything looked so delicious. That gravy & salsa ✅✅. The Ribeyes looked delicious too! You are right ! Too thin would be for Tacos z Burrito or Cheesesteak Sandwiches all chopped up really small. If you want a restaurant style Steak Cut the Ribeyes at at least 1 1/2” Thick. Season w/ Salt Pepper & garlic powder or your favorite Dry Rub Let the steaks absorb the rub for about 1/2 hour. Get your BBQ or Flat Top as Hot as you can !! Then time it w/ a Stop Watch or Timer ⏲️. Only 3 minutes each side. No Longer than that. You need to really watch that timer. After 6 minutes Total Take the steaks off & drizzle with/ Butter Let them rest at least 10 minutes. You should have a great Brown Char & Crust & the inside should be Close to Med Rare. Pink inside Your temperature pen should be at 125 -135’F. Inside the steak. No higher. I love that your doggie gets all the trimmings. I give my doggies all that also. ❤. I hope I can help. Your Food looks delicious. Take Care & have a Great Weekend Sir. Cheers
