Mi hermano y yo estábamos "hechizados y comandados" por la música cuando éramos niños. Él gravitaba hacia la guitarra, yo hacia el violín. Pero además de la música, también nos atrajo el arte. Entonces dividimos nuestro tiempo entre esas pasiones. Al menos, me ayuda a apreciar de manera vaga las muchas horas que el Sr. Gallén se dedica a la práctica disciplinada. He actuado con muchos músicos, pocos del arte y la sutileza de este hombre. Después de mis décadas como músico profesional, soy humilde ante la belleza de su maravillosa música y estoy agradecido de que él comparta tanto con nosotros. Gracias a todos los que trajeron este video por nuestro enriquecimiento.

Qué fácil es esgrimir "Criterios" negativos detrás de la pc. Leí por ahí un comentario muy gracioso, "No me cierran los alargamientos de las últimas notas entre frases, cesura el tempo de la obra que es muy importante ya que esmuy viva y rítmica". A esto cabe aclarar, y estoy mas que seguro, que esos "alargamientos" no son casualidad, apostaría a que la intencionalidad musical de Ricardo es anunciar el fin de la frase. Y si de eso se trata, a mi entender están perfectamente equilibrados. Capaz que te pierdes cuando pasa de 3/4 a 6/8 (todo el tiempo). Hay que afinar el oído amigo.

Totalmente de acuerdo en los alargamientos, hace a la interpretación del ejecutante, donde deja su sello. Sino sonarian todos igual

Carora nunca pasa a 6/8, siempre es 3/4. Estoy de acuerdo en que cada ejecutante imprima su estilo en la obra que toca, y aunque en lo personal a mi tampoco me gusta que se tome tanta libertad en el ritmo, es su estilo como ejecutante.

@@rafaelortiz6574 La versión revisada y digitada por Alirio Diaz tiene indicación de tempo 3/4 6/8.

@@rafaelortiz6574 no sé si se puede decir que es su estilo como ejecutante, es la decisión que tomó para ésta obra en particular.

@@Rodrigo-tz9yn Si tienes esa version, serias tan amable de enviarmela? nunca la he visto. Hay un pequeño grupo de compases donde ritmicamente le veo sentido a un 6/8 pero nunca lo he visto anotado.

Immaculately played, but why do so many people play it so fast. Let the notes breathe so the rhythm can flow.

Because Diaz ripped it as fast as he could and everybody else think they have to do the same. I agree that Carora and most of Lauro sounds best when not played to fast.

I generally agree, and was going to move on but I waited, and thought that the second section sounds pretty good at that speed. Still, it feels rushed to me.
