When will the world understand that Ricardo is EXPERIMENTAL artist? Not every DJ has to obey the same rules like 1000 other DJs. You know what you get when you go to Villalobos set. You will KNOW it will be exceptional, memorable, crazy. Sometimes it's the best night of your life, sometimes it's weird. That is the cost for not being average boring.

In this case, Experimental sounds like an excuse for playing shitty music with awful mixing. I mean, i'm all for getting off it at raves, but when you're the guy who's in charge of playing the music and being paid huge amounts of money to do so, surely there's a line.

A partir del minuto 15:20 Ricardo hace devolver la mezcla a troxler a su deck inicial con el que le entrego...para Ricardo no era el momento sino hasta el minuto 16:45 que troxler lo identifico y sonó diferente...tiene el oído Ricardo educado para mezclar, conoce bien los tracks, si escuchan las transiciones en esos dos minutos se escucha diferente.

Una mierda jajaja esa canción ,Use somebody, estaba de más en ese set, mató al público. Villalobos estaba poniendo lo que quería escuchar por sus huevos, Troxler trata de hacer la transición y no lo deja. Grande Troxler que trata de arreglar la cagada del yonki de villalobos Y NO ME MAL ENTIENDAS. Villalobos es un genio, pero a veces se le sube mucho el MDMA y hace la faceta de tonto.

This video is precisely why Ricardo and Seth are two of the most entertaining DJs there are, they may be high but they’re having fun and taking risks musically - you’ll never see Dave Clarke playing an edit of Gotye but Ricardo makes it work - also for those of you criticising the mixing, please, both of them can mix brilliantly, there’s a few sloppy transitions but it’s still good. The unpredictability of this pair is what makes them such big performers.

Villalobos is a lie, to talk about technique, improvisation and surprise the public you should have known the scene of Valencia and its DJs more than 25 years ago, "Spook, Chocolate, Barraca, Puzzle, ACTV, NOD". Listen mixed to Front 242 with Wim Maertens, or to the Ramones with A Split Second, or The Sisters of Mercy with krafkwert.

What was tough about it simple it's just the man fannys about on vnyl which they both struggle with. The people are hating Ricardo because they dont understand his music. He doesnt play techno anymore. He plays minimal house. How can you say that he doesnt care about music anymore??? I don't think people hate about his music choice (minimal house is incredibly dope). it's about these horrific rookie mistakes, bad transitions, no build-up, no flow.... I respect Ricardo, he's one of the reasons why the romanian scene got so much attention outside of romania but man, I could name at least 10 romanian that are more skilled in any department than Ricardo

this is not a set, this is an ending, his set was over and he was just fooling around like everytime he does since he first started dj-ing in 89. people laughed at him and most of the time they would've leave the dancefloor he this guy was playing music. he's good, I've been at his parties.

08:30 ppl arguing about how trash he is, i see thousands ppl hands up, happy to live the moment, job is done, thats what dj are supposed to do. And for my personnal opinion, in a time where djs are full of prepared set, smashing the same techno set @3pm on a sunny sunday, or in a warehouse a 6am. Ricardo Villalobos is always refreshing and su with his own style that you can identify between thousand. hands up to Troxler, Villallobos, Garnier and all those djs for keeping that vibe.

have people never seen a Ricardo vid/set before? he talks all the time. he's known for partying hard. like Sven. man's a selector and an energetic presence. being a DJ isn't always about being 100% heads-down, locked-in for every second of your set. some times you want to immerse yourself in the crowd's frequencies, and elevate, in-order to empathize and provide what those around you, not us watching through a screen, need. his choices are always on-point...and i quite liked these tracks...maybe i'm missing something. see you at Houghton next weekend, Ricky!

Who really was there, let me know was it whole set just bullshit? People speak on comments how shitty mix etc but this one right here it really is his last ten minutes of his set, only two last tracks :D so it bit short time to say he have lost his touch...(yes he is wasted, i see)
